Energetic housework for a healthy heart

You might be surprised to learn that energetic housework can count towards your total activity levels each week. Hoovering, making the beds, cleaning the carpets and washing the windows can all raise your heart rate which helps to keep you fit and healthy. Have a "spring" clean (whatever the season) and not only will your house feel better, so will you! Pick at least one energetic chore each week for a month, and see if you can feel the difference.
